Backyard Redesign

For this backyard redesign project, Ritter was hired to cut and remove a large portion of the homeowner’s lawn to reduce mowing time and increase the size of their flowerbeds.

Our landscape crew removed a lot of the old sod and disposed of it off-site. We then delivered and spread topsoil — shaping the material and adding berms to increase the visual appeal of the backyard.

Lastly, a river rock border was added to separate the lawn from the flowerbeds. The rock helped to define planning areas and really completed the landscape design.
